VINIFICATION AND AGEING
The glera grapes are softly pressed and the must is kept at 0° C until ready for the natural sparkling process that takes place in stainless steel pressurized tanks.
Straw-yellow colour with brilliant reflections and a gentle mousse.
Fresh and fragrant, with a marked aromatic character rich in floral scents of acacia and wisteria flowers.
Intense and very inviting, full-flavoured and enchantingly well-balanced with a lingering fresh fruitiness in the finish.
Serve at 8° - 10° C.
Its refreshingly aromatic style makes it a refined and pleasant aperitif or a wine to be served throughout the entire meal.
