Zenevredo (Oltrepò Pavese)
VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Viniﬁed by traditional methods in order to emphasize its attractive fruitiness, it is then re-fermented to obtain a fragrant, lightly fizzy style.
Intense ruby-red with violet reﬂections.
Intensely fruity, with hints of violets, bitter almonds, sour black cherries and plums.
Dry, rounded and savory; slightly pétillant.
Serve at 14° - 16° C. (57° - 61° F.), but no warmer.
Excellent with savory tarts, agnolotti, meatﬁlled ravioli, sausages, roast or stewed white meats, and moderately aged cheeses.
