Vinification and Maturation
The grapes are delicately pressed and destalked. Maceration lasts about six hours and extracts the aromas, a small part of the coloring substances and extremely few tannins. Vinification is carried out at controlled temperatures with the objective of maintaining the typical character of the aromas and flavor of the future wine.

FlavourA good and appealing structure is followed by a fruity and persistent aftertaste.
Serving TemperatureServe at about 14°-16°C. (57°-61°F.).
A wine for the entire meal, it is particularly adapted to savory appetizers, vegetable soups and introductory dishes of fish as well as soft cheeses typical of the zone: Giuncata, Mozzarella, Burrata and Stracciatella.
