Vinification and Maturation
After crushing and de-stalking, the must undergoes traditional vinification in contact with the skins in vertical fermentation tanks. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is matured for 6 months in Slavonian oak barrels.

FlavourAttractively soft, rounded, full and persistent.
Serving TemperatureServe at around 16°C. (61°F.) – a little cooler than usual for a red wine.
Excellent with cold cuts, roasts, grilled or spit-roast meats, polenta with sauces, and moderately aged or slightly piquant cheeses.
