Vinification and Maturation
The grapes undergo delicate crushing and soft pressing. Fermentation is triggered by selected yeasts, and then continues at a controlled temperature of 18°-20°C. (64°-68° F.), in order to preserve all the wine’s fruit and its optimum organoleptic characteristics.

BouquetFresh and youthful, with hints of wild flowers and mineral notes with subtle almond tones.
FlavourAppealingly full-flavored; very well-balanced and persistent.
Serving TemperatureServe at 10°-12°C. (50°-54°F.)
Delicious with appetizers, fish, white meats, and vegetable-based dishes.
