Warm and broad with delicate aromas which hint at almonds and spices.

Flavour

Fruity, hot and intense with a slightly spicy end notes which become less persistent as time passes.

Food Combinations

This oil goes perfectly with regional cuisines rich in fish dishes and grilled or raw vegetables. Also ideally suited as a condiment to fresh stretched-curd cheeses like mozzarella or the typically Apulian stracciatella.
