Chardonnay thrives in these red-clay terrains, thanks as well to an excellent climate with precocious springs and long summers, which assure production of perfectly ripe grapes and intensely odorous, sapid and elegant wines.

Vinification and Maturation
The must, obtained from grapes carefully selected at the harvest, was vinified in barrels of moderately toasted French oak (50% new). Before bottling, the wine underwent spontaneous clarification, followed by a period of fining in glass of at least 4-6 months.
