Deliciously intense with beautiful aromas of peach, grapefruit and lime skin.

Flavour

Fresh and flavourful with hints of exotic fruit and an attractive fruity character sustained by a lovely bright acidity.

Serving Temperature

At 10 - 12° C (50-54° F).

Food Combinations

An excellent aperitif, it can also provide a refined and elegant accompaniment to an entire meal.
Particularly recommended with crustaceans, pasta dishes dressed with delicately flavored sauces, grilled fish or white meats.
